We’re halfway through the year! As I’ve mentioned previously, I am switching to a new journal come the start of July so instead of doing a weekly spread that splits itself between the two months, I’ve decided to just do a simple two-day spread to finish off June.
It’s really fitting that this is when I’m shifting to a new journal really. The end of June this year is really the end of the current chapter of my life in Leeds, with the end of both a job and the lease of what has been my home for the past three years.
A new journal is a great way to usher in a new chapter of life honestly. While it’s completely coincidental, it’s really nice to have a blank slate to work with when you’re starting new plans and schedules.
I’m really going to enjoy flipping back through this journal once I’ve finished this ‘week’ and the June summary spread that accompanies it and looking at what’s changed- and how much my spreads and designs have improved!
Let me know if you’re interested in seeing a full flip-through of this journal, as it’s something I’ve certainly considered doing!
